Duties Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices Oversee budgeting processes for the nursing department, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency Manage and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of professional growth, accountability, and teamwork Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and internal policies to maintain high-quality care Lead educational initiatives, including staff training programs and university collaborations, to promote ongoing learning and development Coordinate with administrative leadership to optimize operational workflows and improve patient outcomes Represent the nursing department in organizational meetings, community outreach, and professional forums to advocate for best practices Experience Proven management experience in a skilled nursing facility setting, preferably within a Nursing Home environment Extensive background in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management within healthcare operations Demonstrated leadership in education administration or academic settings related to nursing or healthcare programs Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for healthcare facilities and nursing practices Experience in teaching or mentoring within a university or academic institution is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate across disciplines Join us as we elevate nursing excellence through innovative leadership, strategic vision, and dedicated mentorship. Pay:

$105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
