Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing Current RN license in the state of New Jersey Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursing leadership role Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff Proven ability to drive quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety and excellence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective strategies to promote patient safety, quality improvement, and staff development Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to inform decision-making and drive quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement changes accordingly How to
