RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated & experienced RN for our ADP position in the RDU Unit in the ED at Community Medical Center. Community Medical Center, is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care. Opened in 1961, CMC has evolved into the state's newest teaching hospital with four residency programs and Ocean County's largest and most active health care facility-caring for over 21,500 inpatients, 178,000 outpatients and 73,700 emergency department patients each year. Qualifications:
Required:
RN Degree
BSN or matriculating
NJ RN License
BLS & ACLS
(American Heart Association)
At least 2 years Current RDU/ED RN
experience Preferred:
Management experience

The ADP is an intricate part of the Observation Unit (RDU) of the ED assisting in managing the Unit & helping to care for patients An Assistant Director of Nursing job description typically includes responsibilities: supervising nursing staff, assisting the Director of Nursing in developing and implementing policies, managing staff schedules, ensuring quality patient care, monitoring compliance with regulations, participating in quality improvement initiatives and overseeing budget management within the RDU department Acting as a key support to the DON in all aspects of nursing operations within CMC Other Duties:
