Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care throughout the facility. Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff while maintaining appropriate staffing levels and clinical performance standards. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, CMS, and Department of Health regulations, including survey preparedness and quality assurance initiatives. Collaborate with interdisciplinary departments, physicians, residents, and families to promote positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction. Top 3

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of New Jersey. Previous leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, preferably as a DON, ADON, or experienced Unit Manager. Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, clinical operations, survey process, and staff management.

Pay:

$150,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
