Complete Care at Wall is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team in Wall, New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about quality care, team development, and driving clinical excellence within a skilled nursing environment. As the Director of Nursing (DON) , you will oversee all nursing operations for our 130-bed facility, working closely with facility leadership to support staff, improve outcomes, and create a positive environment for residents and employees alike. The ideal Director of Nursing (DON) will bring energy, accountability, and a hands-on leadership style to help continue building a strong clinical culture. The Director of Nursing (DON) will play a key role in mentoring clinical teams, enhancing resident satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
