Monday-Friday | 40 Hours | No Weekends Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) team in Albuquerque, NM. This is a full-time leadership opportunity on a weekday schedule with no weekends. Responsibilities Lead and manage CVICU nursing operations. Support staff while maintaining high standards of patient care. Provide bedside clinical support when needed. Ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required or actively enrolled in a BSN program. Current RN license. Minimum 3 years of recent CVICU experience. 2-3 years of nursing leadership/management experience. BLS certification (required within 14 days of hire). Preferred Clinical Experience Experience with one or more of the following: ECMO Open Heart Recovery Impella Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) LVAD (preferred but not mandatory) Strong cardiac critical care background #
