The HDG platform. Backed by a national leader in senior living and post-acute operations — clinical mentorship, operational resources, and a network of peers. Operated by Health Dimensions Group under contract with the Nevada Department of Veterans Services, NNSVH is a beautiful, modern community where high-quality nursing care meets a population that has earned it. • Provide professional and clinical leadership to RNs, LPNs and CNAs, including coaching, mentorship, and direct feedback.
  • Support the facility's training program — annual in-services, new hire orientation, and ongoing education calendars.
  • Coordinate the Quality Improvement / Quality Assurance process, including QAPI meetings, root-cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
  • Audit systems for compliance with federal and state long-term care regulations.

  • Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local long-term care regulations.
