  • 130,000 annually Our client is a fast-growing, nationally established provider of home infusion services, recognized for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a broad geographic footprint.
They are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and nursing teams across home and ambulatory infusion settings. The Opportunity This role provides both strategic and hands-on leadership for home infusion nursing services. The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing clinical and administrative operations, ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance, and driving quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives. This position plays a critical role in workforce development, operational efficiency, and maintaining exceptional standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight of home infusion and ambulatory infusion nursing services Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards Lead quality management, emergency preparedness, and performance improvement programs Oversee patient clinical records, documentation, reporting, and audits Manage staffing models, nursing productivity, payroll metrics, and operational indicators Recruit, train, supervise, and develop nursing and ancillary staff Support nursing leaders in performance evaluation and team development Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to coordinate patient care Participate in patient visits as needed and serve as Acting Administrator when required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Minimum of 5 years of RN experience At least 2 years of leadership or management experience in home infusion, home health, or a related healthcare setting Demonstrated experience supervising nurses and multidisciplinary teams Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree in healthcare preferred Current CPR/BLS certification and valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual salary ($118,000
