Join our compassionate team at Cypress Garden Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation as a RN Supervisor. Help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality care, working closely with our Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the DON and ADON to oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Ensure all nursing personnel follow their job descriptions and provide excellent care. Assist in facility surveys conducted by government agencies, ensuring the nursing department meets required standards. Conduct daily rounds to monitor nursing staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices in patient care.

Qualifications:
