• Full-time Director of Nursing Eleanor Nursing Care Center is seeking a Director of Nursing Come join a great facility with a great solid team in Dutchess County We are a Skilled 120 bed Nursing Facility seeking a leader to fill the Director of Nursing position Applicants should have a great personality with strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Salary range is based on experience
• Qualifications Excellent multitasking and organization skills Ability to lead and instruct others with support of Administrator Interpersonal skills Up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices, methods and tools Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with support of a very good in house tea Supervising experience: 1 to 2 years (Preferred) RN is required, successful completion of the State Board Examination for licensing.
