Job Description

Director of Nursing (DON) RN Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center Moravia, NY $105,000-$110,000 + Bonus Opportunity Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) RN to lead clinical operations at our 40-bed skilled nursing facility in the heart of Central New York. Known for its stable census, strong survey history, and small, home-like atmosphere, Northwoods offers an excellent opportunity for a nursing leader seeking a supportive environment where they can make a meaningful impact on residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee all nursing services Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Promote quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Support staff education, development, and retention
Qualifications:
