Acute Care Responsibilities:
Providing strategic leadership and oversight of nursing excellence initiatives Leading organizational readiness efforts for Magnet designation Integrating shared governance and evidence-based practice programs Standardizing nursing excellence processes across departments Collaborating to embed evidence-based, patient-centered care Performing other duties, as neededQualifications:
7+ years of related Nursing experience with at least 5 years in a Supervisory role Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS certification Experience with Acute Care Nursing leadership Effective communication skills Strong leadership abilities Problem-solving skills Team collaborationDesired Qualifications:
