This role offers the opportunity to support the Director of Nursing and provide strong clinical supervision in a compassionate, resident-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Assist the DON in overseeing daily nursing operations. Supervise and support nursing staff across all shifts. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Provide direct oversight of medication administration, including narcotic handling and documentation. Conduct staff education and mentoring. Support survey readiness and quality initiatives. Qualifications Active RN license in New York required. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred (Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, or ADON).
