Job Description

Position Summary:
The Assistant Director of Nursing collaborates with Core Team all departments to provide leadership and accountability and ensures policies and procedures are in place to meet Federal and State regulations as well as standards of practice. In addition the Assistant Director of Nursing supervises and develops nursing staff members and oversees the programs of the department providing core team support as needed.
Qualifications & Education Required:
Current New York State Registered Professional Nursing License, Baccalaureate degree and a minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing and supervisory experience. Willingness to embrace and exemplify St. John s
