Compensation:
$110,000 - $125,000
What You'll Do:
Assist in managing day-to-day nursing operations and clinical workflows Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff while ensuring accountability Oversee care planning processes and drive quality improvement efforts Support survey readiness and maintain regulatory compliance Partner with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams
What You Need:
Active NY RN license in good standing Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility Leadership or charge nurse background preferred Strong understanding of state and federal regulations, including survey processes Excellent clinical judgment and team leadership skills
