Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our healthcare leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing management, education administration, and strategic planning, with a passion for fostering high-quality patient care and staff development. As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment. This role offers an opportunity to lead with integrity, influence organizational growth, and contribute to the advancement of nursing excellence. Duties Oversee nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses and healthcare professionals Support the development and implementation of care plans and protocols Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident care Serve as operational liaison between the nursing units and the Director of Nursing Ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residents Participate in quality assurance monitoring and ensure compliance to regulatory standards Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care Experience Valid state RN nursing license Advanced degree or certification preferred Commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery Visionary mindset with a focus on innovation and quality improvement Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills Experience in a nursing leadership role in a Long-Term Care or similar healthcare setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Pay:
$115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
