Responsibilities:

Oversee all nursing operations to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance Develop and mentor nursing staff, promoting a positive and team-oriented work culture Implement and maintain best practices in resident care Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes Manage staffing, scheduling, and budgeting to maintain operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Ohio Proven experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) in a skilled nursing facility Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills In-depth knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and creating a culture of excellence
