We are seeking an energetic, caring, and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to serve as a key member of our nursing team.
Job Summary:
As a Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) , you will provide continuing guidance and coordinate the RAI process to ensure the highest level of care for our residents. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the nursing department, as well as participating in the recruitment, selection, and training of competent department personnel.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the nursing department Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of competent department personnel Participate in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling regular in-service training classes Coordinate the RAI process, ensuring timeliness and completeness of MDS, CAA's, and Interdisciplinary Care Plan Monitor and guide the completion of assessments in a timely manner Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences and monthly QM meetings
Manage Care Planning Process Requirements:
Current RN license required Experience in Long-Term Care settings 2 years management experience preferred Excellent Communication Skills required Evidence of basic leadership skills and supervision Flexible hours required Join our team today and make a difference in the lives of our residents!
