This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable, organized, and team-oriented Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care and clinical leadership.

Position Highlights:

Full-time Monday-Friday schedule

Competitive Salary:

$110,000 - $130,000 annually Supportive team environment

Direct and oversee all nursing department operations Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff Coordinate resident care and clinical programs Maintain high standards of quality care and customer service Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, residents, and families

Qualifications:
