Director of Nursing

RN Director of Nursing for Long Term Care (80+ Beds) We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to oversee nursing operations for a Skilled Nursing and Memory Care facilities. This role provides strong clinical leadership, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports nursing teams in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. An Ohio RN license is required; prior DON and multi-site experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and support to nursing management teams Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, HIPAA, Medicare guidelines, and survey readiness standards Oversee care planning, clinical documentation, EMR/EHR accuracy, and MDS processes Optimize staffing models, workflow efficiency, and shift management Lead audits, quality improvement initiatives, and staff development efforts

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in Skilled Nursing and Memory Care settings Proven Director of Nursing or senior nursing leadership experience Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and EMR systems Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of stepping into facilities to stabilize and strengthen clinical operations This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on nursing leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about elevating clinical quality and team performance.

Pay:

$101,466.57 - $122,196.30 per year
