Responsibilities:

Oversee all nursing operations within the facility Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff Drive quality outcomes, survey readiness, and clinical excellence Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor efficiency

Qualifications:

Active RN license (state-specific) Previous DON experience in long-term care required Strong knowledge of survey process and regulatory compliance Proven leadership and team-building skills Experience with census growth and quality improvement preferred
