Job Description
Director of Nursing (RN or LPN) We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Director of Nursing to lead clinical services in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting team development, and fostering a culture of excellence and resident-centered care. If you are a nurse leader who is passionate about serving seniors and making a meaningful impact every day, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Direct and oversee all clinical operations for Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. Ensure quality resident care in accordance with state regulations and company policies. Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and caregiving staff. Conduct resident assessments and coordinate service plans. Monitor medication management and clinical documentation. Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical department budgets. Qualifications Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licenced Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio. Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living. Strong knowledge of state regulations governing Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in staffing, training, and team development. Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care.
