Role:
As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) , you will be responsible for: Assisting in daily clinical operations and staff supervision Supporting quality-assurance initiatives and compliance standards Mentoring nursing staff and fostering a positive, team-driven environment Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident outcomes
Requirements:
Active RN or LPN license (Ohio) Minimum 3 years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
