What You'll Do:

As the Director of Nursing, you'll play a critical role in leading day-to-day operations, overseeing our talented nursing staff, and ensuring that we continue to provide the highest quality care to our patients.

You will:

Lead and inspire your team to provide top-notch psychiatric care. Plan, organize, and drive our hospital-wide nursing program. Work alongside other disciplines to create a seamless patient care experience. Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality improvement standards. Develop and implement programs to continually elevate the quality of nursing care. Use data-driven insights to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. What You Bring:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio (required) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred Minimum of 4 years of in patient psychiatric nursing experience (required) Proven managerial or leadership experience in a healthcare setting (required) A proven track record of exceptional patient care, staffing, and resource management.
