Second Shift RN ADON (Assistant Director of Nursing) Kettering Heights Post Acute - 3.3 Kettering, OH Job Details Full-time $85,000 - $95,000 a year 3 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications RN License Full Job Description What You'll Do Communicate regularly with residents and families regarding plans of care, therapy progress, treatment protocols, and resident status updates Participate in daily stand-up and interdisciplinary meetings to support seamless communication across departments Answer resident and family questions regarding care plans, illness progression, treatments, and services to promote comfort and confidence Monitor and assess resident conditions, adjusting care needs as appropriate Prioritize and organize daily clinical responsibilities in a high-volume environment Complete accurate and timely documentation and charting Perform utilization review activities to ensure appropriate, timely, and cost-effective resident care Coordinate care with physicians, ancillary providers, financial services, and third-party payers Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharge processes Coordinate referrals to and from the facility Promote teamwork, collaboration, and professional communication among staff and healthcare partners Exercise independent judgment while maintaining professionalism and compassion in all interactions What We're Looking For Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care processes preferred PCC experience a plus Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Strong documentation and computer skills Commitment to respectful, resident-centered care Why Join Us?
