Country Club Rehabilitation Center of Newton Falls is Looking for a Full time RN to be our
Assistant DIrector of Nursing :
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Manage patient care plans, focusing on wound care and overall health assessments. Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Facilitate communication between healthcare teams, patients, and families to promote optimal care. Ensure adherence to resident's rights and quality of care in all settings.
