Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the management and supervision of nursing staff Supporting nursing care operations throughout the facility Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care and services Assisting with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges Reviewing resident and family complaints and grievances Greeting and supporting new residents upon admission Participating in assigned committee meetings Ensuring compliance with all educational and in-service requirements mandated by CHI Living Communities and regulatory agencies Helping maintain high standards of clinical care, documentation, and resident satisfaction Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio required Current CPR certification required Long-term care experience preferred Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen Join a Team That Values You At Providence Care Center, we believe our employees are the heart of our mission.
