Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic RN to join our Nurse Management team as our Assistant Director of Nursing! The Assistant Director of Nursing assists the Director of Nursing services with directing and coordinating all activities of nursing services to ensure meeting the nursing needs of the residents in an efficient, economical and caring manner, while maintaining high standards and quality care. He/she works with department heads to develop and carry out a program allowing and encouraging residents to reach to their highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well being as individuals with personal dignity. He/she is responsible for planning and implementing an approved program of managing and supervising of resident care, and assists with the coordination of staffing issues to meet the demands of resident care under the mandates of the state and federal guidelines. He/she oversees employee health and maintains immunization and health records of employees.
