You will oversee all aspects of resident care, provide guidance to staff, uphold regulatory compliance, and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for every resident. Working closely with the Executive Director, Resident Care Coordinator, and department leaders, you will create a supportive, efficient, and compassionate care environment that reflects Charter's mission and values. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop the caregiving and wellness teams Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations Manage clinical staffing, scheduling, and training Promote quality assurance and risk management initiatives Support a culture of compassion, clinical excellence, and resident dignity Partner with the leadership team to ensure smooth, effective community operations Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and care partners with professionalism and clarity Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs; up to 80 lbs of pressure may occur during resident transfers Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods (with scheduled breaks) Potential exposure to communicable or infectious diseases and bloodborne pathogens What Our Associates Say "It truly feels like a family at Charter."
