Reporting to the facility-level Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), the CNO, Surgical Services has five direct reports and collaborates closely with physician leaders and the governing body to shape nursing strategy, talent pipelines, and operational excellence across perioperative services, inpatient care, ICU, ED, and procedural areas while driving evidence-based practice, staffing optimization, budget stewardship, regulatory readiness, and continuous improvement powered by transparent data and real-time dashboards.
