The CNO, Acute & Surgical Services will steward a system recognized nationally for outpatient orthopedic outcomes by Healthgrades, activate a high-performing surgical platform in specialties such as orthopedics, spine, robotics, GI, ENT, and urology, sustains DNV Healthcare accreditation with CMS-aligned quality and safety performance, advances a physician-led partnership model that aligns clinicians and operations, and champions consistently strong patient satisfaction and access across the region.

Reporting to the chief executive and collaborating closely with physician leaders and the governing body, the Chief Nursing Officer shapes nursing strategy, talent pipelines, and operational excellence across perioperative services, inpatient care, ICU, ED, and procedural areas while driving evidence-based practice, staffing optimization, budget stewardship, regulatory readiness, and continuous improvement powered by transparent data and real-time dashboards.
