Salary $140,000 - $155,000 What We're Looking For We're searching for a clinical leader who is passionate about making a meaningful impact and building strong teams.
The ideal candidate is:
A confident and compassionate RN leader with strong clinical judgment Experienced in long-term care leadership and skilled at managing clinical operations Passionate about quality care, staff development, and resident advocacy Organized, proactive, and capable of balancing multiple priorities Comfortable leading teams, coaching employees, and promoting accountability Knowledgeable in state and federal regulations related to skilled nursing facilities A strong communicator who works collaboratively across departments Calm under pressure and solution-focused in challenging situations Committed to creating a positive culture for residents, families, and staff
