This is an outstanding opportunity for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about quality care, staff development, regulatory excellence, and driving positive clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing services and clinical operations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence Mentor, develop, and support nursing managers and staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and satisfaction Manage staffing, budgeting, and operational performance within the nursing department
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Pennsylvania Prior experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills Demonstrated success with survey readiness and quality measures
