What You'll Do as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) /
Infection Preventionist :
Support the Director of Nursing with clinical operations and leadership & ensure compliance with all regulations Lead infection prevention and control initiatives Develop staff education and competency programs Monitor quality measures and clinical outcomes Assist with staffing, surveys, and quality improvement efforts & provide support to residents, families and staff Participate in an every third weekend supervisor rotation What We're Looking For in the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) /
Infection Preventionist :
Current Pennsylvania RN License Graduate of an accredited nursing program Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Infection prevention experience preferred Why Concordia at SpiriTrust to work as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) /
