Director Of Nursing:
Pay up to $100,000 annually. $5,000 sign on bonus. Lead Quality Care.

Director of Nursing:
Provide leadership and oversight of all nursing and clinical operations Recruit, develop, and mentor nursing staff Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory requirements Monitor Quality Measures (QMs), Quality Indicators (QIs), and clinical outcomes Lead quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and services Manage staffing and nursing department operations Serve as Administrator in the Administrator's absence when needed What We're Looking For in the
Director of Nursing:
