Role:

As a seasoned nurse leader, you will be responsible for:

ADON Responsibilities:

Supporting and overseeing daily nursing operations across all shifts Mentoring, coaching, and developing nursing staff at all levels Ensuring ongoing compliance with PA DOH and CMS regulations Leading wound care and quality assurance (QA) initiatives Assisting with staffing, scheduling, and new employee onboarding Assisting with DON responsibilities as needed Driving survey readiness and supporting inspection preparedness

Infection Preventionist Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing, and monitoring the facility Infection Prevention and Control Program (IPCP) Tracking, trending, and reporting healthcare-associated infections (HAIs), outbreaks, and surveillance data to leadership Ensuring compliance with CMS infection control requirements (F880-F883) Educating staff on standard and transmission-based precautions Coordinating with the medical director and public health authorities on outbreak response Maintaining NHSN reporting as required by

CMS Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania RN license in good standing 2+ years of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility 1+ year in a nursing leadership or supervisory role Knowledge of PA DOH regulations, CMS guidelines, and

MDS Preferred:

BSN degree PointClickCare experience Prior state or federal survey experience
