Job Description

Director of Nursing (DON) We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and oversee the delivery of exceptional resident care in our skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical services Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff Coordinate with physicians, department heads, and interdisciplinary teams Monitor quality assurance and infection control programs Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction
Qualifications:
Active RN license Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong knowledge of nursing regulations and clinical operations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
