Director of Nursing Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership to our nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence, respect, and patient-centered care Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, promote patient flow, and enhance clinical outcomes Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting staff engagement, development, and retention Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care, efficiency, and productivity About the
Role:
As our Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for oversight of all nursing activities, including patient care, staffing, and budgeting. You will work closely with our medical director, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility offers a warm, home-like environment, and we are committed to delivering life-changing outcomes for our patients.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 Years in a Nursing leadership role Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
