Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and accountability among nursing personnel. Skills Proven expertise in strategic planning and organizational management within healthcare settings. Strong budgeting skills with experience managing departmental finances effectively. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels. Background in education administration or teaching within a university or academic environment is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
