Now Hiring:
Regional Director of Nursing (DON) / Clinical Regional Nurse We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Nursing (DON) / Clinical Regional Nurse to oversee clinical operations across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) in the Erie and Meadville, PA region. This leadership role is ideal for a strong nursing professional with SNF experience who is ready to step into a regional-level position and support multiple facility teams. What you'll do: Provide clinical oversight and leadership across multiple SNFs Support, coach, and develop facility DONs and nursing leadership teams Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations Drive quality assurance, clinical outcomes, and survey readiness Assist with staffing, clinical systems, and process improvement Conduct facility visits and provide hands-on support as needed Lead initiatives to improve resident care and clinical consistency across buildings What we're looking for: Registered Nurse (RN) license Prior DON, ADON, or Regional Nursing leadership experience in SNF setting Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process Ability to travel between facilities in the region Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills Proven ability to manage multiple facilities and priorities What we offer:
