Starting Salary :

Located in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, t he community offers not only an apartment, but a comfortable and supportive lifestyle in an elegant, home-like setting. The Resident Care Director is responsible for the development of nursing service objectives, performance standards of nursing personnel, and nursing policies and procedures . The role is accountable for compliance with federal, state and local regulations within his/her span of control and will periodically work the floor in order to monitor nursing staff , maintain nursing skills , and ensure adequate staffing .
