Director of Nursing (DON) Skilled Nursing Facility - Sarver, PA A well-established, privately owned healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations at a mid-sized Skilled Nursing Facility located in Sarver, Pennsylvania . This facility is part of a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and has been recently renovated , with strong CMS star ratings and a solid clinical support team already in place . This is a wonderful new leadership opportunity for 2026 for a seasoned DON who enjoys being visible on the floor, stabilizing teams, and driving clinical excellence. Position Highlights Privately owned, well-respected organization Mid-sized SNF within a CCRC setting Recently renovated facility Good survey history and star ratings Established leadership and clinical support structure Opportunity to make a meaningful impact while inheriting a solid foundation Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania , in good standing Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility Strong clinical leadership skills with a hands-on management style Proven experience with staffing management and acuity-driven decision-making Solid working knowledge of CMS and state regulatory requirements Demonstrated success in survey readiness and compliance Ability to build trust, stabilize teams, and lead through collaboration Interested?
