This is a leadership role for an LPN who is confident in regulatory compliance, clinical oversight, and team management. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Pennsylvania 2600 regulations and is comfortable overseeing nursing operations, documentation, and survey readiness. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and support all nursing staff Coordinate and manage nursing and clinical schedules Oversee admissions, resident assessments, and nursing care procedures Ensure accurate clinical documentation and record-keeping Maintain compliance with all PA 2600 regulations, forms, and survey processes Participate in on-call rotation Partner with administration to maintain a high standard of resident care Requirements Active LPN license (required) Previous leadership or charge nurse experience in a personal care setting Working knowledge of Pennsylvania 2600 regulations Experience preparing for and participating in state surveys Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills Why This Role Leadership opportunity specifically designed for an LPN Supportive ownership and administration Stable, well-established personal care community Competitive compensation based on experience
