Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight to the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards Develop and implement effective nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to improve patient outcomes Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other department heads to develop and implement strategies to improve quality of care, patient satisfaction, and resident engagement Conduct regular rounds to ensure that our residents are receiving the highest level of care and address any concerns or issues promptly Mentor and educate nursing staff to improve skills and knowledge, and promote a culture of continuous learning and growth Participate in performance improvement initiatives, quality assurance, and safety programs to ensure excellence in patient care Build strong relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to foster a positive and supportive environment Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the curve
