We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing RN to join our team at Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients. Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinical outcomes, quality of care, and patient satisfaction Lead and manage a team of nurses and other clinical staff, providing guidance and mentorship to promote professional growth and development Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication with families and healthcare providers Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize clinical practices Develop and manage budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability Recruit, hire, and retain top talent in nursing and other clinical roles Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting, contributing to the growth and development of our organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's degree Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in rehabilitation and skilled nursing services Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania Strong clinical and business acumen, with excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of compassion and respect
