Oversee budgeting processes for nursing departments, ensuring optimal resource utilization while maintaining high standards of care. Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff across various units, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. Design and coordinate educational programs for nursing staff and students, promoting continuous learning and professional development. Establish policies and procedures that uphold compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes through innovative care models and process improvements. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and implement corrective actions to maintain excellence in clinical practice. Requirements Proven experience in strategic planning, management, and leadership within healthcare or educational institutions. Strong background in budgeting, resource management, and financial oversight for large teams or departments. Extensive management experience with a focus on developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. Demonstrated expertise in education administration, including curriculum development and staff training programs. Leadership qualities that inspire trust, foster collaboration, and drive organizational success. A valid RN nursing license along with relevant advanced degrees in healthcare administration or related fields is preferred. $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
