Christ's Home in Warminster, Pennsylvania , a CMS 5Star, nonprofit senior living community , is seeking an exceptional Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical services in our 48bed private skilled nursing facility . Position Overview:
The Director of Nursing provides clinical and operational leadership for all nursing services, ensuring compliance, quality outcomes, and personcentered care aligned with Christ's Home's mission and values. This role is ideal for a nursing leader who enjoys being visible, engaged, and influential , while guiding staff, supporting survey readiness, and continuously advancing clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all nursing operations and clinical services Ensure compliance with CMS, Pennsylvania Department of Health, and regulatory standards Maintain ongoing survey readiness and lead quality improvement initiatives Recruit, retain, mentor, and develop nursing staff Foster a positive, accountable, and residentfocused culture Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders, residents, and families Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for highquality resident care This is a Full-time position.
Required Attributes:
