Job Description

Nurse Power Service Corporation is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing Services to lead our clinical operations in Des Plaines, IL. This role is an excellent opportunity for a current Nursing Supervisor or Assistant Director of Nursing who is ready to advance into a broader, high-impact leadership role. About Us NursePower Home Health provides compassionate, skilled private duty nursing services for medically fragile children across Illinois. We proudly partner with the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and DSCC to ensure every child receives exceptional, family-centered care in the comfort of their home. Position Objective The Director of Nursing will oversee clinical staff, uphold the highest standards of patient care, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This leader will guide the nursing team, strengthen quality assurance processes, and maintain excellence in all areas of service delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and management of Pediatric Home Nursing services. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, families, nurses, and referral partners. Address and resolve client or nursing concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure accurate and timely completion of Plans of Care. Oversee documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory adherence. Maintain compliance with national accreditation standards and state nursing regulations. Qualifications & Skills Current State of Illinois RN license required. Minimum 2 years of experience in Pediatric Home Healthcare . Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time-management abilities. Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving strengths. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook .

$95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
