  • Is a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, and is currently licensed as an RN through the State Board of Nursing.
  • Has a minimum of one year's nursing experience, preferably with home care experience.
  • Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and can present a pre-employment health clearance.
  • Must be a licensed driver with at least one-year clean driving record.
  • Has excellent writing and charting skills.
  • Can pass a background check and drug screen Duties Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably as a Director of Nursing or similar position.
Conduct VA Nurse Visits Communicate Effectively and Regularly with the VA to promote a good relationship and help our Veterans Create Plan of Cares for Home Care Clients based on needs of the client Maintain client and caregiver files in an organized manner Experience in home health settings, hospice care, or nursing homes is highly desirable. Excellent supervisory skills with a demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
