Chesapeake Home Health Care, Inc. (CHHC) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a Part-Time Director of Nursing (DON) / Supervising Nurse. This flexible, high-impact role is ideal for a clinical leader who is passionate about quality care, regulatory excellence, staff development, and supporting medically fragile patients in the home setting. As a Maryland Residential Service Agency, CHHC provides private duty nursing and home care services to pediatric and adult clients. We are looking for a collaborative nursing professional who can help drive clinical quality, ensure compliance, and contribute to our continued growth. Primary Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight of nursing services and staff Review clinical documentation to ensure quality and regulatory compliance Lead and support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Assist with policy and procedure development and updates Support onboarding, training, and mentorship of nursing staff Serve as a clinical resource for field clinicians and office personnel Assist with audits, surveys, and accreditation readiness Partner with agency leadership to maintain compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements Qualifications Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing 5+ years of nursing experience Experience in home health, private duty nursing, pediatrics, case management, or nursing leadership preferred Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred Knowledge of clinical documentation, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Why Join CHHC?
